Florida Alligator Hunting
Licenses for Florida Alligator Hunting are issued via a lottery system. There are four (4) application periods over May and June and specific hunt locations and dates are selected via the application. You can also select a specific county on where you plan to harvest a gator.
Application Dates
All application periods open at 10 a.m. Eastern on the first day of the application period listed and run through 11:59 p.m. on the final day.

- Phase II Applications 5/19/2023 – 5/29/2023
- Phase III Applications 6/2/2023 – 6/12/2023
- Phase IV Leftovers 6/15/2023 – until filled or the final hunt date
- Statewide Alligator Harvest Permits
